Asecna&#8217;s senior management has lodged two complaints with the public prosecutor&#8217;s office, the same source said.<br \/>\nA new case that adds to the many scandals within the agency in recent years.<br \/>\nRecently, in June 2018, the news site DakarTimes reported that a young executive of the Agency had been pinned for a misappropriation of 300 million FCFA. The same source indicated that this amount represented the FIR (Flight Information Region) charge.<br \/>\nIn September 2013, the pan-African agency was cited in a history of corruption, when it issued a check on behalf of Oumar Gueye, any new Minister of Air Transport as a &#8220;welcome&#8221; a few days after taking office.
