On November 14, the West African Development Bank (BOAD) will celebrate its forty-fifth anniversary.<\/p>\n

As part of the celebrations marking this commemoration, a photography competition called “BOAD Footprint” on projects financed by the Bank in the 8 WAEMU countries “is organized from 27 August to 05 October 2018.<\/p>\n

At the end of the competition, 45 preselected photographs with a prize of one hundred thousand CFA Francs (100,000 FCFA) for each author, will be the object of an exhibition organized by the Bank on the sidelines of the Forum that it organizes. 14 and 15 November 2018 in the premises of the hotel on February 2 in Lom\u00e9. In addition, nine (09) prizes will be awarded: Eight (08) country prize from public votes including one (01) for each country, and One (01) grand prize called “BOAD 2018 Imprint”, the choice of which will be made by a Jury.<\/p>\n

Each Country Prize consists of an envelope of one million FCFA (1,000,000 FCFA) which will be awarded to each laureate by the Head of Resident Mission of the BOAD of the country of the Union with the exception of that of Togo which will be awarded by the Directorate of Communication, Marketing, Public Relations and Knowledge;
\nThe grand prize “Imprint BOAD 2018” consisting of an envelope of five million (5,000,000) FCFA will be awarded during the forum at which the super-winner will be invited.
\nThe contest is open to UEMOA citizens, enthusiasts, amateurs and \/ or photography professionals who have registered. Only twenty (20) entries will be retained per country.<\/p>\n
