The starting point will be a high-level panel between Chinese and African leaders and representatives of the business community and donors.<\/p>\n<p>This will be the most important event in China given the quality of participants, Chinese diplomacy said.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the 54 African government delegations represented at the highest level (Head of State, Head of Government), the summit will also see the participation of the UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres, the African Union and 26 African and international organizations. .<\/p>\n<p>In the menu, the Chinese initiative called &#8220;the new Silk Road&#8221;, is in the foreground.
