Having arrived second with 17% of the vote, Soumaila Ciss\u00e9 will probably be able to count on the voting instructions of the businessman Aliou Boubacar Diallo, who came third with 7.95% of the vote, a hair of Cheikh Modibo Diarra (7, 46%) of votes.<\/p>\n<p>Observers expect the former NASA executive to join the outgoing president&#8217;s camp.
