{"id":461275,"date":"2018-07-18T13:07:44","date_gmt":"2018-07-18T12:07:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.financialafrik.com\/?p=461275"},"modified":"2018-07-18T13:07:44","modified_gmt":"2018-07-18T12:07:44","slug":"insurance-gabon-the-fegasa-is-moulting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.financialafrik.com\/en\/2018\/07\/18\/insurance-gabon-the-fegasa-is-moulting\/","title":{"rendered":"Insurance-Gabon: the Fegasa is moulting"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"pdfprnt-buttons pdfprnt-buttons-post pdfprnt-top-bottom-left\"><\/div><p>The Director-General of SCG-R\u00e9, Dr. Andrew GWODOG, took part in the Combined General Meeting of Fegasa (Gabonese Federation of Insurance Companies) held on July 13, 2018, for the purpose of deliberating on the one hand, on an extraordinary basis, on the adoption of the new statutes and on the other hand, on an ordinary basis, on the following agenda:<br \/>\n1- Election of the new President and the Office Director; 2- Adoption of the 2017 accounts and adoption of the 2018 budget; 3- Release of the Amiable Statement; 4- Reflection of the Pool TV; 5- Automobile Guarantee Fund; 6- Rose card; 7- Miscellaneous.<br \/>\nAt the end of the works, following the adoption of the new statutes of the FEGASA, the SCG-R\u00e9 which was &#8220;Associate Member&#8221; became &#8220;Member by right&#8221; of the FEGASA.<br \/>\nBy this quality, the SCG-Re represented by Dr. Andrew GWODOG presented his candidacy for the position of President of the FEGASA and this candidacy received the unanimous approval of all the insurance companies, members of the FEGASA . She succeeds SAHAM Assurance, represented by Mr. Youssef BENABDALLAH.<br \/>\nThe other members of the Bureau were also elected and took office immediately.
