It offers an alternative for customers to make transactions in the ATMs (ATMs) \/ ATMs of the Visa network.<\/p>\n<p>According to Marius Yao, CEO of the company, &#8220;this card will allow customers over 21 years to pay for purchases in stores and outlets equipped with an electronic payment terminal and buy items on the Internet.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In partnership with Visa and the Atlantic Bank, Orange C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire is the first operator to offer this innovation in the telecom sector.<\/p>\n<p>According to its officials, &#8220;in the first quarter of 2018, the operator posted a transaction close to 13 billion FCFA per day and an electronic money in circulation amounting to 93.5 billion FCFA&#8221;. Today, &#8220;it records about 15 billion FCFA transactions per day for more than 6 million customers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, the Orange Group has more than 30 million customers in Africa.
