All in comparison with French law.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This book is for anyone in the private equity and M &amp; A industry (entrepreneurs, corporate executives, financiers, bankers, chartered accountants, lawyers and fund and investment bankers) ).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>About the Author<\/p>\n<p>Jawad FASSI-FEHRI is currently Legal Director of the Maghreb Bank of Investment and Foreign Trade (BMICE).
