The 2018 edition of the BGFI CEO Meeting ended Friday (May 18th) in Libreville, during a closing ceremony marked by the presentation of the BGFI CEO AWARDS. Started on Tuesday, May 15th, under the theme “Transformation to drive performance This meeting brought together the Group’s Top Management, more than seventy participants from the 11 countries in which the Group is present, as well as high-level speakers, business leaders with whom the Group has set up partnerships. For the CEO, Henri Claude OYIMA, “the event has kept all its promises.<\/p>\n

It was<\/p>\n

to lead the Group’s senior executives to take ownership of the Group’s strategic objectives, develop Group synergies, strengthen individual commitment and collective responsibility.<\/p>\n

I would like to congratulate all the participants for their involvement and for the high quality of the exchanges during the different panels. The battle of performance, we will lead it and win it together.
\nThe success and sustainability of our Group depend on it.
\n“Institutions are what people do”. The big groups are what their leaders do. Therefore, the key to the success of the transformation of our Group is based on your combined efforts, on the addition of the strengths of each.<\/p>\n
