Since the holding of the communal elections of February 4, 2018, there are more than three months, it is the impasse, power and opposition agree on the dysfunctions recorded but are impeccable to agree on the essentials to install the mayors. Consequence: despite the holding of the elections, the municipalities are led by special delegations.<\/p>\n<p>The other improbability is the resignation of the Youla government, on Thursday, May 17, under the express request of President Cond\u00e9. Between the announcement of a reshuffle by Alpha Cond\u00e9 and the resignation of the government, it has elapsed more than two months plunging the administration into uncertainty. While speculation dominated the public debate, the Youla government was thanked.<\/p>\n<p>From now on, in charge of running the day-to-day business, the appointment of a new prime minister should not exceed legally the 72 hours. Alas!
