Mr. Engandji Alendji was the Secretary General of the National Organization of Petroleum Employees (ONEP), a powerful union that initiated strikes in the oil sector.<br \/>\nThe new Executive Director of the GOC is a Junior Consultant in Petroleum Engineering at Lingua. He is a graduate of the University of Montpellier in economic intelligence and territorial governance and he excels in the design and development of structuring projects in the oil sector.<br \/>\nCreated in 2011, &#8220;to strengthen the role of the State in the strategic area of \u200b\u200bhydrocarbons,&#8221; Gabon Oil Company, had initially focused on upstream oil, daring to even start operating the fields of Rembou\u00e9 and Mboumba. Before reviewing his copy in 2016 after his failures.<br \/>\nIn contrast to his predecessor Serge Toulekima, Arnaud Calixte Engandji-Alandji, who was at the time director and CEO of the company, had favored non-operated assets.
