It follows a capital increase of 300 million dirhams in 2016 that was used to accelerate the development of the bank.<\/p>\n<p>Africinvest is a well-known private equity player in Africa with \u20ac 1 billion in assets under management. For its part, Amethis is a fund manager dedicated to the African continent. It was created by two former directors of Proparco in partnership with the Edmond de Rothschild Group.<\/p>\n<p>Transformed in 2012, CFG was transformed into a universal bank by focusing on Premium customers, and in 2015, launched its commercial banking activities.
