The project, entrusted to the internet access provider VIPNET in June 2017 after a call for tenders, will, once operational, upset habits in an Ivorian market where the penetration rate is estimated at 127.7%. % with 31.75 million subscriptions at the end of 2017, according to the regulator&#8217;s figures.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, the quality of service remains a challenge. An insufficiency that had led the ARTCI to impose pecuniary sanctions of 5 billion CFA francs to the operators last September.
