Its actors signed on October 14, 2016, the Conakry Agreement, which recommends a consensual procedure for choosing a prime minister, and which must remain in place until the 2018 legislative elections.<\/p>\n<p>It also provides for the formation of an inclusive government according to an organization chart negotiated in a consensual manner with all the political parties represented in the National Assembly, on the principle of proportional representation.<\/p>\n<p>These provisions have remained, until then, not respected.
