To do this, a call for tenders has been launched to propose a version of what will be this &#8220;strategic tool&#8221; of the national policy against expensive living.<\/p>\n<p>Seven companies and organizations in C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire take part in this call: the BNETD (National Bureau of Technical Studies and Development), the Bloomfield Investment rating agency, the ENSEA (National School of Statistics and Applied Economics), the INS (National Institute of Statistics), CIRES (Ivorian Center for Economic and Social Research) and CAPES (CIRES Economic Policy Analysis Unit) and the Ethno-Sociology Institute of Cocody University .<\/p>\n<p>For Souleymane Diarrassouba, the government&#8217;s objective is to &#8220;better understand the phenomenon of the cost of living as it is understood and as lived by the Ivorian populations in order to guide precisely the programs, plans and public policies fight against the expensive life &#8220;.<br \/>\n&#8220;The index will ultimately be a relevant indicator for evaluating government action on inclusive growth and real redistribution of wealth created,&#8221; he said.<br \/>\nAs a reminder, in its policy to fight against rising prices on the markets, the government has set up since July 2016 a National Council against the high cost (CNLVC).
