\nof the most sensitive departments, the Central Vice Presidency<\/span>
\nresponsible for ethics and professional conduct.<\/span><\/div>\n

Never a<\/span>African had been promoted to such levels of responsibility in<\/span>
\nthe space of 2 years, in an institution that employs more than ten thousand<\/span>
\npeople on 5 continents. Renowned for the quality of his<\/span>
\nleadership and his mastery of operations, he had been appointed<\/span>
\n2009 by World Bank staff “Best Manager”.<\/span>
\nBorn in Ka\u00e9di, southern Mauritania, Diagana has devoted his entire<\/span>
\nprofessional life at the service of development, particularly in Africa<\/span>
\nand the Middle East.<\/span><\/div>\n

From Ivory Coast to Yemen, he has to his<\/span>active management of several projects and development programs<\/span>which have had a positive impact on the lives of local people.<\/span><\/p>\n

Graduate of the University of Dakar (Senegal), and School<\/span>
\nNational Administration and Judiciary of the same country, Mr<\/span>
\nDiagana also took specialized courses at the Institute of<\/span>
\nEconomic Development of Sussex (United Kingdom) and Harvard<\/span>
\nUnited States. IT inherits a department undergoing restructuring<\/span>
\nespecially to promote a culture of the performance of the<\/span>
