Sung Yoon, President and CEO of Samsung Electronics in Africa, presented his global vision for Senegal in 22 and for the continent, on Monday, January 2018 in Dakar.<\/p>\n

During a press conference on the sidelines of the first strategic conference that the multinational held with its Senegalese partners, Mr Yonn reaffirmed his commitment to provide products and services of the highest quality on the market.<\/p>\n

“As a dynamic and innovative organization, Samsung is constantly exploring groundbreaking ways to provide our customers with the best products, sales, support and marketing capabilities,” said the President for Africa.<\/p>\n

In 2018, the electronics manufacturer has developed an excellent range of products to be marketed. They are all specifically designed to meet the needs of consumers in terms of connectivity and efficiency.<\/p>\n

With a brand that has a market share of more than 50% for telephony in the continent, 35% on television, Mr Yonn’s ambition is to make Samsung “the most admired brand in Africa”.<\/p>\n

The multinational also plans to participate in the development of the African population by enhancing its strategy of social responsibility through investments for the people.<\/p>\n

This is in the image of Smart Schools carried out in Senegal with the equipment of 18 schools in computers, interactive boards, among other computer equipment.<\/p>\n

An initiative that the leaders of this multinational intends to expand throughout Africa and the world.<\/p>\n

Regarding the strategic approach to dealing with counterfeiting, Mr Yoon said that the multinational will strengthen its capabilities against counterfeit electronic products especially from Dubai. Samsung also wants to develop an ecosystem of interconnected products.<\/p>\n
