The event is organized by the GSMA<\/strong> in partnership with the Rwandan Ministry of ICT and Innovation<\/strong>. It will bring together regional and global leaders to shape the future of digital transformation in Africa.<\/p>\n

New for 2025<\/strong>, MWC Kigali will host the launch of the GSMA Ministerial Programme<\/strong>, a flagship initiative of MWC Barcelona. This program will gather policymakers, industry leaders, and innovators to discuss and shape Africa\u2019s digital future.<\/p>\n
