These uncertainties stem from various factors, including geopolitical tensions, economic volatility, and health crises. Each of these elements contributes to a complex landscape for African economies, which must navigate multiple challenges to ensure long-term development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>2024 African Economic Conference (AEC)<\/strong>, jointly organized by the <strong>African Development Bank (AfDB)<\/strong>, the <strong>Economic Commission for Africa (ECA)<\/strong>, and the <strong>United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)<\/strong>, will focus on how Africa can secure its economic future amidst increasing uncertainty. The goal is to provide a platform for in-depth discussions, idea exchanges, and the development of practical solutions to strengthen the continent&#8217;s economic resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Theme:<\/strong><br><strong>&#8220;Securing Africa\u2019s Economic Future Amid Growing Uncertainty&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conference will highlight current challenges and opportunities for Africa while exploring strategies to navigate an increasingly volatile global economic environment.
