As a reminder, the PSC is a major legal contract used in many sub-Saharan African countries. Mastery of it offers state authorities a range of possibilities in legal, technical, financial, and environmental aspects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second edition will welcome over 150 participants from several African countries, representing a diversity of administrations directly or indirectly involved in the PSC.
